All the staff here is incredible from the front desk, to the dental assistants, to the dentist herself. They take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Most of importantly they are great with children! They are friendly and make sure the kids feel comfortable. My son is autistic and they were extremely patient with him and when he was afraid and started to cry they made sure to stop make him feel comfortable before continuing with the procedure.
Scheduling was easy, they had plenty of afternoon appointments so I was able to schedule after my work schedule. The staff was friendly, the facility was very clean with entertainment for kids. My son was a little nervous but the staff was so gentle and explained everything to him, they took breaks during cleaning when needed and made him feel at ease. The doctor explained all treatment and future treatment. Overall, a great experience!
We absolutely love A+ Dentistry for Kids in Pico Rivera! The entire staff is always so kind, patient, and understanding with my daughter, which makes every visit a positive experience. The office is incredibly clean, modern, and equipped with up-to-date technology. They also have iPads and movies/shows to keep the kids entertained and comfortable while they wait. Thank you for always making our family feel welcome and cared for. We truly appreciate everything you do!
I love A+ Dentistry For Kids! I took my child today for a check-up, and Denise and Dr. Lee were amazing. They explained everything so clearly and made my child feel completely safe and comfortable. I also love how easy it is to text Denise for a last-minute appointment — she always replies fast and gets us in right away. Their flexible scheduling makes everything so convenient. Also the office is always so clean and welcoming.. Highly recommend! I love it, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
