I went to Gareth after a minor back spasm which left me in considerable discomfort. After a brief interview and some exploration, he zeroed in on the most troublesome areas, and started in on deep tissue work. Over the course of an hour of well-modulated manipulation, he worked out the major kinks and I was able to get back on my road bike the next day with much less soreness.
