I purchased IPL and also CO2 fractional laser. So far, I've had 1 treatment of the IPL, and omg, I loved it! My dark spots that popped in afyer my pregnancy have pretty much all vanished, only have a couple of faint ones left, which I'm pretty sure will go after my next treatment next week. Great place, great pricing
I had an outstanding experience at A+ Day Spa. The CO₂ laser treatment was excellent, and the level of care was truly top-tier. Coco, the RN, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The setting was calm, clean, and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend A+ Day Spa to anyone considering advanced aesthetic treatments.
They are good people, but their schedule is not, I wait a long time even though I have a scheduled appointment.
This place ruined my hands. I had Fractional resurfacing 8 years ago elsewhere with amazing results, but here I was made to wait two hours, then treated with settings so high my dermatologist said they damaged my skin barrier. I followed every aftercare step perfectly, yet my hands are now uniformly dark, red, and discolored — with a clear line where the treatment stopped.
