We arrived at 8:30am, for a 9am appointment. Their hours state they open at 8am. They had a closed sign and will return at 9am. Tried calling and no answer at all several times, even after 9:30am.
Sent wrong dog home with my husband. (My adults son's dog) My husband did check name on collar, the dog did have our dogs collar on it. When we called the grommer and talked to the owner, she put the blame on my husband. Cut hair too short and left hotspots on our dog.
