Absolutely rude staff. I came to this place for a simple state inspection walked into the office stood there for a couple minutes even said excuse me a couple times, I could see and hear someone in the back office, only to be completely ignored. Walked out and will never go back.
Told him the issue (same issue we’ve had several times), asked if I had the part, can he quote me the work and time. He said he’d need to know for sure if that’s the issue. Fair enough. So I asked if he could hook up the reader and check it. He said no. There are other cars ahead of yours. Fair enough. Can you tell me about when you can do that? Took my jeep to Mr Davis, because when I would hit a bump or uneven road, my jeep would shake like crazy. I was sure it was the death wobble, after Mr Davis took a look at it, he found out what the issue was , fixed it & I picked up my jeep the same day ,right before closing
