I visited this establishment today for required drug testing. The wait was tolerable, due to COVID you are asked to wait outside with 2-3 clients allowed to sit in the lobby. Once I was let inside, I continued to wait until my name was called. While waiting, a female named Destiny, who I will soon find out is the manager of this location began a conversation with another employee. Unprofessional, unorganized, hot, no shade, waiting room is outside, 1 hour or more waiting time, all kids forced to wait outside as well,
