Called on a Wednesday to ordered propane for Friday before the hard freezing hit. Was told couldn't delivery until Monday so done without some heat in order to preserve what we had. Monday came and went and when called on Tuesday was told it would be the following Monday. That's two weeks without heat. Never had that problem before. Called another company on Tuesday and they came right out. Tried calling the owner the girl answering phone didn't even know his name. Can't tell me she doesn't know who signs her checks. Worst Winter on record since 1979. Yes, there is a backlog..... please order when at 40% to prevent issues. If you raise the lid on your tank, there is a gauge there.... it reads % of the volume of the tank. Order two weeks in advance to avoid running out.

I love the professional service that I get! Never had any issues with any of the drivers that has delivered to me.
Business response:
Not true. Our truck got stuck on last delivery because customer does not have a proper driveway. We informed her that her pasture would have to dry up before delivery this time, unless she wanted to guarantee a wrecker fee and 3 hours downtime for our truck & driver. She declined. Order is in pending queue for when it is possible to slush our way there.
