Lack of follow through and did not fix at all. If you want fast service don’t go here. Rude customer service too
Great service. They didn't have the parts I needed in stock but promptly ordered them for me.
Had to go through this location for a U-Haul rental and all I can say is - avoid if you can. The shop employee’s unbecoming attitude created an extremely uncomfortable and hostile environment right from store entry (like seen in a few reviews here). Would highly recommend using a different pick-up site.
Hostile environment for looking parts. It became easier once I brought the right information but the attitude really rubbed me in the wrong way. Maybe its been a rough day or something but it made an impression quick.
