Ryobi sent my tool for repair to A&D Power Equipment Ltd. and it has been 4 months since I sent in the tool and I haven't heard from them at all. All of my tries to contact A&D Power Equipment Ltd were unsuccessful. At this point I see this tool as stolen by the company. Don't send them anything or you will never get it back. This company is a fraud and will not care about customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Worst customer service. Online hours are not accurate. No follow up. Avoid this business
