I cannot even begin to say displeased I am with the service that was "offered" by this company. To quote one employee, it was stated, "I was going to be lazy today" then said how she'd go to the office and fax paperwork. This is to fax paperwork almost 48 hours after my father had been released from in home care to hospice. During this time, we were promised a nurse would come out 2 times to come talk to us about setting this up.
