I called near closing hours to make an appointment, and received a call back within 15 minutes. I was able to make an appointment for the next business day. The testing administrator was friendly, clear, and professional. We completed the sampling process and chain of custody within 15 minutes of arrival. Highly recommend.
Poor service. I does not matter what u hand them, they will tamper with the test
