Keith and Jonathan were terrific. In a humane way, they communicated to an extended family of freeloading squirrels that their stay in our attic was over.
This man is rude and disrespectful! I called to explain a situation with bats and he yelled at me and then hung up on me. I called him back and told him that his behavior was unacceptable and gave him a chance to apologize. He went on a rant about “you people” killing bats and violating the law. Neither of which I did!! He didn’t even listen to me. I warned him that I would be giving him a bad review. I can see from the other reviews that he isn’t a good businessman.
Do not use him!!!!! He never answers the phone and after leaving multiple messages/voicemails he never called back. I had a simple nuisance bat issue and couldn't even get it solved had to use another company. Bad service. And good friends of mine had used him and said he is very messy and does not clean up after himself, he left trash all over the yard and did not pick it up before leaving.
Keith is prompt, knowledgeable, orderly and professional. He certainly knows animals and his job ...
