Love this store and the owner she’s so polite and kind Ben knowing her for years
I was sold two packs of what was supposed to be 100percent human hair for 200 dollars a pack. I fused it into my hair and now like a wig that’s been in a toy box 10 years this is the mess I’m having to deal with. Conditioner doesn’t break it because it’s fake hair. I don’t know where my hair starts and it stops so I can’t cut it out. All I can do is release all of the bonds and flush 500 bucks down the toilet. I’ve been crying for two days. The owner was very professional and helpful. They've been open for a number of years, and I had never heard of them. They have a lot of products so I was a bit overwhelmed.
