So the one start for customer service because I ordered after a long hiatus because their quality suffered pre pandemic and then it just got worse with shipping even then they went back to a good manufacturer! The account rep for our corporate account was simply Amazing. They were able to quickly embroider my purchase so that I could take it home with me. The front end staff were terrific and very accommodating. Overall a great experience!
