I have been doing business with this company for over 6 years. After Covid, I have not been happy with a single shirt I have ordered from them. The shirts have been poorly constructed of substandard materials; I have either sent back or simply thrown away. If you want to make crappy shirts, fine. But the worst part, they delete negative reviews on their website. That makes them more than incompetent, but deceitful. I refuse to do business with a deceitful company. Best pilot shirts in the biz! Highly recommend the Tropo and worth a visit to their main office for a fitting and to try on their new shirt styles as well.
I’ve bought many shirts from ACA, but I think I might be done. Same fabrics Altus fitted), half size difference, different colors.
So happy I stopped in today to get my new shirts. I love the comfort, breathability, and wrinkle resistance in the Tropo pilot shirts. And unlike competitors, I can wear these shirts off the rack without a million alterations. Customer service is top notch too!
