Updated Aug 2, 2025 - Contacted tiara many times (Joe is completely AWOL for about a year). She still refuses to fix the leaky waterfall feature and I have spent a lot of money and no one is able to find the leak and fix just yet! The salt processor they sold me does not work and they refused to replace it. I had to get a new one on my own. Pool has a leak in waterfall and again, they told me the person who built it is no longer with them (not a surprise) and then ignored all further requests. We have again had to hire another contractor to fix their mess and pay a lot of $$ that was supposed to be under their warranty which obviously does not exist. We had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with A Cut Above Outdoors. From the very beginning, they continually overpromised and significantly underdelivered based on what they described. The project went tens of thousands of dollars over budget with little to no explanation and being told of these overages after the work was already done. Went to Joe & Tiera to get a driveway made. The masonry work they did was the best in the business. I'm so very happy with their work. I will definitely use them again for any work I will need. Thank you Joe & Tiera 😊
