My husband and I have used them twice now for helping us get the yard and garden beds in order after winter. In addition to clearing our front beds, they moved certain plants and helped us plan for better aesthetics. They were prompt, with good communication, and fair pricing compared to quotes we received in the area. We were very happy with the results and recommended them to our friends for lawn care as well.
I requested better communication from them, as we could never quite figure out if and when they would be providing service to our property. Sometimes Tuesday, sometimes Thursday. Sometimes not at all. They claimed they couldn't access our backyard when we were charged for service we didn't receive, but we were not notified of any issues and our cameras did not show any evidence of their presence - and we were home the entire day.
