I had been a regular customer there for 2 1/2 years really liked who I was working with. I had a one bad experience dealing with prices being increased and not being notified or posted. The handling of the situation was very unprofessional. I really appreciated this place up into the moment. I had the experience proceed with caution.
My 12-year-old daughter had her hair cut with Ricki the first time, and he was terrific, very kind, and he did a fantastic job cutting my daughter's hair. That's the reason we returned to this place. Unfortunately, Ricki was out for the entire week, and with my working schedule, I had no option but to book an appointment with someone else, as well as for myself. My daughter's haircut was fine.
