Candance was awesome! My daughter saved up her money to get her hair hi-lighted and tips to be blue. It took over 3 hours, however, my daughter was extremely happy!! Best hair salon I have ever been to and when you can make a teenage girl absolutely love her hair, you have earned an A++ in my book. Thank You!!!
