Kelsey was very knowledgeable, she listened to what I wanted she discussed different shades with me of color. I left feeling great not one complaint!! She is very personable easy to hold the conversation with and even with the economy where it is the prices were still very reasonable unlike most salons these days.
Im updating my review because my most recent experience has been such a disappointment. They're very stuck up and rude. Not to mention my color and haircut was nothing like I wanted! I had grown my hair out and asked only for 3 inches off. She cut 3 inches then proceeded to do layers and cut another 3 inches off!! My bangs look horrible, she only cut a fourth of them and the haircut shaping is awful. The first two times I went were great but these last two times have only gotten worse. Just had my hair cut here yesterday and I love it! Also, the salon ladies are friendly and an overall good vibe.
