They are amazing! I went to a different so called "detail shop" to get hard water removed...well let's just say I walked away with well over 7,500 in damages to a car I had purchased just a few months prior. After confronting the so called detailer he told me the rain or sprinkler caused it then when confronted again he said the damage was already there there. This place gets 5 stars for their responses to 1 star reviews! Update: I used their Kennewick location for rhino lining on my exterior which turned out great. Derek suggested a cut and buff so I went and visited the walla walla location to renew my paint. He will go very out of his way to ensure each customer is 110% satisfied with their services.
