I found Bessy through a co worker and needed my bridesmaid dress altered. I waited until the last minute and Bessy was able to get me in right away and had my dress back in less time than I expected. She did a wonderful job and my dress fits perfect. I will be going back to her for my other alter needs !

Bessie was a pleasure to work with- she had great communication and very patient working with me on all my wedding dress alterations. Definitely recommend for any type of alteration including wedding dresses!

Don't waist your time. Tried calling several times today during business hours and no answer, and her voicemail is full. Stopped by her store to hopefully drop off a clothing item to get altered and the door is locked. If you're going to make house calls as you mentioned in reply to another review, you might want to answer your phone or clear your voicemail. Clearly getting more business or taking care of current customers isn't a concern. I'll go elsewhere.

NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT USE! I brought my wedding dress to Bessy based off the reviews and was EXTREMELY disappointed. Our first appointment went fine, she said she could have it done in three weeks I thought perfect my wedding is in six. We make an appointment for two weeks out for second fitting. First attempt, I arrive to her house after driving from the other side of town to find out she’s not home and can’t see me. I say ok, and we make an appointment for the following weekend.
