I called Laura to book a new customer appointment for a haircut while we were recently vacationing in Ruidoso. I received the best haircut I have had in 10 years! Laura was responsive to my styling input and she is capable and courteous. I would recommend her to everyone!

Laura has done my hair for decades, I would give her the most impossible hairstyle from perms to dying my hair to platinumblonde, to a merlot red and BACK TO platinum BLONDE.. do you realize the skills and patients that goes into this...? I've given her examples and pictures of what I want and she informs me that I will get the best hair style possible for my face shape. She is an artist with a great sense of style. Laura is a butcher. She is unable to hear what you want or give a decent hair cut. I would look better if I had gone to one of those 7 dollar hair places. I took in a photo of a Bob cut. I told her that I liked the shape of it. When she asked if I wanted it that short I said I wouldn t mind keeping the length, which was only an inch or so anyway. She talked about layering it.
