Hillsboro is so lucky to have this salon in our community. Melanie has done my hair twice now and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is so personable and talented!
Jessica's GREAT!
I have been seeing Jessica for about 16 years and she is amazing. A Cut Above has great service and is welcoming. My 9 yo son loves going to see Jessica and she is always happy to see him. I love a salon that welcomes children. I highly recommend A Cut Above.
