I wish that I could rate this place less than that! Customer service is horrible and quality is even worse! They constantly change order price after giving initial pricing. Tried to talk to the Treka/Teka lady and she was extremely passive aggressive in regards to constant price changing after the initial price given. Take your money elsewhere unless you want to be given horrible customer service and even worse product quality!! Never again.
Treka is rude and the company as a whole is unprofessional.
Custom Embroidery Shop welcomes same day appointments for those who call ahead. Call ahead to avoid having to wait in line. Attention to detail and on time delivery have always brought satisfaction.
