Beverly took 48 hours to finally respond with a date and time to come out and inspect our pier and beam home. Upon arrival she looked only from the outside of the home, looking just at the 2 spots my husband dug out around the house. She did not look inside, didn’t take any measurements of any kind. She did not ask any questions or offer different solutions or options. She was there max 5 minutes and quoted my husband minimum of $25,000.
