Completely rude and unprofessional. I've used this company in the past and was happy with the work. I have a big project (~$70,000) and wanted to use them again. I work in education so I cannot make calls during normal business hours. Online it said the company opened at 7am so I called at 6:45am thinking I could leave a message.
