Beginning aug 30 I contacted this by appointment only store. I was told a rush job could be done. It was set at $650. I agreed and approved the artwork. I was a bit surprised when Dawn required a full payment. But said she was shipping directly. I asked to pay for expedited shipping in text. I was uncomfortable but as she says, Well she has a 5 start review, so I trusted her. Well I am now at 3 weeks on a promised 5 day print I was rushed to pay for. I have ordered designs for my business, DW Environmental, along with biz cards, pens, shirts and mugs that all turned out great.
I have used Dawn on multiple occasions for sign design for my community, banners and t-shirt design. I gave her an idea of what I needed and she provided design options that I loved and were so creative! She was detailed, asked questions that I did not think of, to create the perfect design. I was in tears when she showed me my daughter’s graduation banner. Dawn’s work is detailed, thorough, timely and she takes great pride in her products. I would definitely recommend her!!
