A Cozy Fireplace did a very nice job servicing my fireplace. The guys cleaned it up very nicely and reposition my logs. It looks very nice. They gave me tips on maintaining my fireplace. They were very respectful of my property and courteous. They showed up within my time frame and got the job done. The lady at the Crest Hill location is awesome. She called me back promptly at set the expectations after I made my appointment. Angel C
