Unfortunately, this is a private business and there is no corporate for customer service. I paid for full combo-brow microblading and a touch up. After paying and having my first session, I was told I would need to get the touchup done in 6-8 weeks. It has been months and I still am unable to get ahold of anyone to book my paid touch up session. At least shoot me a text or a refund, if unable to take a client.
