A. Cooper Mechanical installed a dual fuel system for my home. My overall experience was outstanding. From scheduling to hands on, the entire team is top notch. I want to especially thank Cole for his leadership. This project required a lot of his personal time, doing research, troubleshooting, and making the system available for a fair price. We have used A. Cooper Mechanical a couple of times now and been very pleased. HVAC always gets complicated and it did on one of our jobs. They were stars. Really appreciate the customer service and attentiveness. Highly recommend them for anything to do with heating in your home!
The heater in my basement failed and Cooper Mechanical was able to provide an estimate and replace the unit quickly. Their team is knowledgable, friendly, courteous and kind. I highly recommend their services and want to share a big thanks for Cole, who was my contact through the process and provided responsive communication and took the extra time to ensure that the system being installed would meet my homeowners insurance qualifications before proceeding with the installation.
