As an employee, the companies director told me dump commercial waste into hotel and customer bins. I was informed that they have allegedly been pulling main dno fuses without authorisation for a while, although they have the proper credentials in place now. This is illigeal and would have put their employees in a horrible position. The director tried to renegotiate my salary on day one as she had put zero thought into the legalitys around a 50hr a week contract.
