My upstairs heater was not working. I made an appointment which they arrived early which was much appreciated. They diagnosed the problem and left to locate a part to repair the heater. They were back in approximately an hour, installed the part within a half hour. They were extremely professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
I had an appoint with these folks Tuesday this week and they called that morning left no message and then did not show up for appointment. I called multiple times and their voice mail said they decided not to do residential. I made the appointment a week ago they should of known that then. I would not use this company.
We had two chimney liners installed to vent our boiler and water heater. The work was completed but work was never inspected and finalized. The lack of urgency on making this right has held up our project substantially. I do not recommend this company.
My furnace wasn't working properly and since I live in Monument, I wanted to give my business to a local company. I set the appointment for Tuesday, Oct 16th at 2:00-2:30 and the day of the appointment, I received a call from the owner informing me that he had an emergency furnace install and could he move me out until that Friday.
