I went to the business to purchase new pad locks and to have them re-key the new locks to fit the old keys to the old locks. After getting the locks and installing them some of my family complained that their keys did not open the lock. I called the business back and explained the situation and was asked to bring back all of the locks. I also brought back one of the old locks and 3 keys that did not work the new locks.
