I will definitely use and recommend this company to my friends. I called and got an immediate answer and was able to schedule a next morning service call. I needed a washing machine water pump replaced. I had priced the item at $40 if I were to go buy it. Kevin confirmed that price and completed the service for the part plus labor of just under $80. His rate was more than fair and combined with prompt service, you can’t go wrong giving him a call.

I have a high dollar dryer that is constantly breaking. Kevin is spot on with his service, quick and very affordable. He even warrenties his parts. I've used him a bunch and will continue to do so.
Horrible customer service. Kevin Bean does not return calls. Said he ordered parts and would be on scene second day. No communication. Day two, parts hadn't come in. Phone call that parts might come in. Day 4 wouldn't return calls or answer phone. Never heard back from them. Called Sears and they were spot on, great service, great price estimate and great communication from start to finish. 910.822.3169
I have used A Co Washer & Dryer repair 3 times over the past 7 years and they are awesome! They were always able to visit my house the same day I called. My repairs were completed quickly, and the tech always thoroughly explained what was wrong with my machine. The repair costs are always very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company! It's so nice to see a family business committed to honesty and great customer service:>)
I cannot say enough negative things about my experience with this company. I called them 2 days ago to get something done on my dryer. Got a "we will call you later after 8pm" answer. When they called, he said son would be at my home before 4pm the next day, but he couldnt tell me when (great, get to wait around my house all day). Next day, no calls, no show up.
