Great job with removal. Two guys took my giant, disgusting, ripped couch that weighs a ton - made it look so easy! 10/10 very friendly and timely too. Had an earlier availability that they called and asked if I would like to move up my appointment. Thank you!
Called asking for an ECM and Mark suggested sending away for a rebuild. I explained the struggle I was having finding someone to do it and he went out of his way to provide me with a service shop # to try.
I wish I could give him a ten but five was the limit. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
