Update: I took a short break, but am happy to be back to getting my nails done. Amanda is positively amazing! Her custom artwork is beyond compare. She is friendly and provides excellent customer service. It is a joy to get my gel nails done there. She does an excellent job and takes the best care of your nails. I love getting my nails done.

I would leave a zero star but that's not possible. I scheduled a haircut online over a week in advance. In order to confirm the appointment I had to secure it with my debit card, which I did and received confirmation texts about my booking. Unfortunately, when I showed up for my appointment no one was out to greet me although I could hear them talking in the back. I would put zero but I can't. My daughters were scheduled a hair appt. Called to get a price to know what to expect after making an appt. And no answer . Went into Appt. And both my 8 year old and 12 year old were stood up. The nail tech even tried to call her and no response . We weren't greeted at the door . Given no explanation or info or even offered to reschedule.
