BEWARE - never take urgent items to these people. They are extremely unreliable. They are never open for pick up. If you have Bridal or Prom items - stay away. Not open at 10am. Not open at 12 noon. I was waiting with other paid customers who drove many miles (Denver, Littleton, Evergreen), waiting and waiting. Family members in tears trying to obtain bridal party dresses. The Mall Management must kick them out. Never again!
I had two pairs of selvedge jeans hemmed here and both came back too short. The stitching/thread color didn’t even match the original jeans (orange stitching outside, blue thread underneath), and the hemming is already pulling apart. The girl working there even remembered measuring the jeans correctly, but said the person who hemmed them must not have read her notes. That pretty much sums up the operation. Would not recommend I took two pair of pants I had to get tailored. They said it would be done in half a month I came back and they didn’t even start on it or let me know. I called them the same day and they said they would have it done, I would not recommend taking your clothes to weigh half a month to know they didn’t ever start on it or finish it. The pants I had was for a wedding and I ended up having to buy a whole new outfit.
I’ve been coming here for years and the work has always been spot-on what I was asking for. I always value their opinion/expertise and they’ve never let me down.
Charged $89 for a dress hem; they quoted two weeks for a 1” hem- said come back 12/24 4:00, then I did call to confirm the day before since it was Christmas Eve and the woman said after 5:00, which is weird for a mall place on Christmas Eve and went in at 5:05 and ITS NOT DONE. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE
