Tim was thorough and on time. He explained everything that he found to me (in detail, being that I don't know much about housing repairs) and provided me a detailed inspection summary in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Provided an estimate on how much it would cost to do a pre- home inspection. The prices vary for the size of the house etc. I Asked Mr. Fetz about possibly doing a pre-inspection on our home before we try to sell it (asked for a quote). We talked about our home and was told that the price depends on the house specs.
