I've done 4 assignments for them so far. They haven't had an issue with any of my reports. You just have to be thorough and answer all of the questions. They reimburse you when they say they will. The only issue i have is that they should reimburse a little more than just the cost of a meal.
Attempted a shop twice. Confirmed store was closed the first time and attempted for over an hour to contact support to reschedule. Business was open on the rescheduled day (confirmed via phone call, their website, google and apple maps) but the doors were locked, lights off. Company refused to pay or guarantee they would pay for a 3rd attempt. Screams scam.
This company is a pain to work with. They are unprofessional and blame you if the report isn't what the client desires. They threaten not to pay for delays but the client insists on you waiting 3 days to set an appointment and 3 days to wait for a call after your appointment. Their feedback is always a threat to not pay.
I've been shopping for ACL for several years. There is an interesting variety of shops and they pay quickly. Can't ask for more than that from a mystery shopping company
