After being discouraged at another location, I tried the Golden Gate location and it’s a completely different experience! Personnel are friendly and patient when taking order so there is no confusion; my wash & fold order was VERY CLEAN, like items were bagged and tied with ribbon; every item was folded neatly and bagged up in plastic. Quite the opposite from the Battleground store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!!!
I used them to dry clean one of my bridesmaids dress. I was happy with the timing of it but very unhappy when I put it on. The split portion was ruined. The bra cups were out of place and part of the bra cup support piece was poking out the dress. Unfortunately this was quite noticeable to the bridal party. Needless to say, I was embarrassed because my beautiful expensive dress for a wedding was ruined.
