I contacted A Cleaner Finish based on an excellent review from my realtor. My first call to the business, the owner himself answered the phone. I made an appointment for a walk- thru of my home. He gave me an approximate price. He was able to accommodate my request for the date that I needed his services. He was very punctual & the price was right-on. His service was excellent. I called this place of business in ******, Il. as I just purchased a home in ****** and was in need of deep cleaning. I regret not spending the time to read reviews. He told me to send him a list of things needed to be cleaned and when I attempted to access his website, my computer's security, denied me access and said this was a fraudulent site and maybe just attempting to get money from me without providing services.

We had an appointment to have our carpeting cleaned at noon on August 10, 2018. When they hadn't arrived by 12:30 I called to see if they were coming but would be late or not coming - - I had to leave a message and asked them to return my call. They never came and did not return my call. Cecelia K****
