I have had doubts about continuing at this cleaner, but today was the last straw. 2 months ago my husband and I dropped off our comforter and asked to have it dry cleaned only. When I picked up the comforter it had been machine washed and ruined. The lady there said, "we clean the way the tag says to clean the item." When I read the tag it said, "Dry Clean Only." I have had no complaints about this place until a recent incident. I took in a denim vest which had lapel pins on it. I did not remove the pins, and when I went to pick up my garment, the pins were off. The owner of the business does not speak English very well, and he kept saying that I should check for my pins at home. They definitely were on the garment when I took it to the cleaners. I never take them off, because putting them on and off can damage the denim overtime. If they could not clean the garment with the pins on ... read more
