I have had doubts about continuing at this cleaner, but today was the last straw. 2 months ago my husband and I dropped off our comforter and asked to have it dry cleaned only. When I picked up the comforter it had been machine washed and ruined. The lady there said, "we clean the way the tag says to clean the item." When I read the tag it said, "Dry Clean Only."
