In 2021, I contacted them to clean our chimney. I thought he did a good job and he replaced the chimney cap. With the strong winds we have had lately, the cap blew off into our neighbor's yard. I called and left 3 messages before anyone returned my call. When I told him that it blew off, he said he would fix it for free but I would have to wait until he had a job in Modesto because he was not going to make a special trip. Well, I tried. They were kind enough to give me an appointment the next day. But nobody showed. And so I called and nobody answered. So I found another phone number for them and their offer was a week from the original date, so I asked why they lacked communication, my response was getting hung up on. As a fellow local business owner I don’t expect this kind of communication and I understand leaving a poor review is kind of petty, but I felt like this was necessary.
