I really hate to leave a negative feedback, but here is what happened: Last year a raccoon family died in our chimney. There were maggots crawling out of the fireplace. A Clean Sweep Chimney Cleaning can to the rescue and took the bodies and smell away. In the processes he had to cut and removed the damper. Well despite him telling us and the landlord that the damper had been reinstalled + charging the landlord to reinstall it, the damper was never reinstalled.
