The person who came to clean is amazing: she's quick, thorough, thoughtful, and prompt. Her help has been indispensable. Management renews contracts despite indicating you want the contract to terminate, they do not list a contact number, and they do not respond to emails. I'll have end my contract by printing my email requests to stop service every month and challenging the charges. If not for the service provided by their cleaners, o would have rated A clean home a one.
Purchased on Groupon. Elizabeth was promptly on time and house is wonderfully clean. Thank you so much ! So nice to come home from work to a clean home
I got the groupon. They cancelled on me at the last minute as well. I haven’t been able to get a hold of someone. They already pre charged me for taxes on my credit card the day before the service. I’m thinking it’s a scam, and I will be contacting the better business bureau and groupon about this company.
I bought a groupon and followed the directions to schedule an appointment. I got a text the day prior as reminder that the person would come between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning. I waited and noone showed up. I texted back and it came back with an email to contact. I contacted that email and heard nothing. Went online and found a phone number. We purchased a Groupon online. When you go to redeem the Groupon, it gives you no option to select the time and date you would like your home clean. No one calls you back. My Groupon now looks redeemed at our house has not been cleaned I think this is a scam
