The technician was thorough cleaning my ducts and gas dryer vent. It helped he was friendly, nice and explained everything. It was appreciative that he vaccumed any dust bits. I almost asked him to vacuum my entire home lol. The price was competitive. I would definitely use them again and also recommend them..
