I love this class! I have precious experiences in pole dancing but I’ve never had formal training. Now that I’m going consistently and within two weeks I’ve been able to do moves I’ve never done before in my total career of pole. I feel like Im unlocking new powers!!!! Gabby is so patient and she is the best type of motivator! I told her to give me about 4 months im planning big things. 10 out of 10 recommend for any level especially beginners
Best experience for my first time pole fitness experience. Gabrielle is an amazing instructor that takes her job seriously. She is focused on the details and helps in navigating the moves and techniques. I left feeling confident and strong! It is definitely a total body workout! I recommend this class for any fitness and experience level.
Such a grand experience and easy process
I'm currently taking the private pole sessions that's offered here and I'm really enjoying it.
