We have took all of our business here and went today to repair a chip in the windshield we just bought, they promise you two free repairs! We dropped our vehicle off and the receptionist told us she wasn't going to give us a free repair, she threatened us to keep our vehicle if we expected it free!! Then while picking up the vehicle she came out and said to me "the keys are in the console f****** stupid b******....f******skank!!! Is this how you treat your customers?? This place is fine if nothing goes wrong. I had my windshield replaced and a tint bar across the top. First off the first process of getting a new windshield and tint done took over 3 hours ( I was ok with that because they did discount the tint, but I wasnt happy about it). However, I noticed the day after the tint was done that something wasn't right with the tint. When you touched it was hard and rough in a spot. So my husband and I took it over to them. Good service ... and some dishonesty – Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. Things went smoothly and well, easy to work through them for insurance claim. It was a quick replacement and then I came to pick up my car. Exterior plastic trim at the base of the windshield was not reassembled. I was asked to bring it back the next day to fit ... maybe they ran out of retaining clips, fine, I'll do that.
