Mr. Ron proved to be a highly experienced and reliable mechanic. He arrived quickly and helped us start the truck with a jump start when we urgently needed assistance. His pricing was very reasonable, and, more importantly, he took the time to explain what should be done to prevent this issue from happening again. I especially appreciate that he did not apply any extra roadside service charge since we were located very close to him.
