Very unprofessional, I will never use them again. They do not deliver medications when they say they will and when they do, insulin & other medications that should be refrigerated arrive hot. There's not even an attempt to keep the medications cool. Also they changed my debit card without me authorizing the charge for a medication I never got.
We keep getting someone else's medication in the mail so I know they are not checking patients addresses when shipping medication
