Are we speaking about same mechanic? Notice some reviews quite old. Booked for service told rear brakes urgent attention. Took car back scraping loudly. Tested in w/shop driveway 1metre forward 1 metre back. Imaging noise apparently. Told to give it a month. Took elsewhere rotors quite worn Now no noise. Very expensive exercise 2000.00 for service & brakes. Also ask to be informed b/4 if work needed. Eg pollen filter 149.99 added to service. After my experience with this fellow be careful
